Information for Participants Note is a document prepared by the Secretariat providing vital information regarding the meeting, including the meeting venue, registration requirements and procedures, media accreditation, visa information as well as information concerning other logistics, such as hotel accomodation, transportation and access to the venue. It also provides guidance on shipments, display and distribution of promotional material, exhibitions and on side events. The note also provides general information on the host city, including the weather and time zone, electricity voltage and the local currency and exchange rates.
