The Science Express Biodiversity Special (SEBS) train is an innovative exhibition on wheels showcasing India's rich biodiversity. It was positioned as the brand Ambassador of COP 11, and has played a significant role in creating widespread awareness on biodiversity issues in the country. Following the resounding success of SEBS during its run in the first phase in 2012, the second phase was launched on World Environment Day, June 5 in 2013. The SEBS train since its launch in 2012 has covered 114 stations, travelled more than 37,000km in the two phases and has received 46 lakh (4.6 million visitors). Read more >
